Her face remains familiar to me.
However, there’s a subtle difference in Nina Dobrev’s appearance that eludes my grasp.
I strongly suspect that plastic surgery might be the cause.

The initial aspect that drew my attention was her eyes.

The transformation in her upper face is quite prominent.
There have been reports of Nina experiencing an allergic reaction that led to her eyelids developing multiple creases. However, I’m uncertain whether to accept this explanation.

I’m inclined to think not.
We conducted a comparison of her smile, and her facial features remain virtually identical.
Nina is only 33 years old and exhibits minimal wrinkles. Consequently, Botox appears unnecessary for her at this stage.
